In CH 4, we discuss the use of PROJECT folders. We have created a PROJECT folder template and this can save you a lot of time on your new projects. Download it here.

In Chapter 7 we go over shortcuts in SketchUp. Here is the official ‘BD_Shortcuts’ list that we talk about. Practice with them, memorize them, and you’ll be sure to double or triple your proficiency speed by reducing scrolling and clicks!
In Chapter 8 we talk about Styles, HATCH, and collections. These are like a palette that you can use to build, customize, and create your own unique styles for your projects. Here are the ones we used in the artwork figures in the book.

When you get to this stage, it can be a fun process and as mentioned in chapter 19, there are tons of possibilities from animations, virtual tours, and VR.
