SUFP FAQs

What do I get when I sign up for SUFP?
When you sign up and create an account to access SUFP, you only have access to all the free tutorials and class content. These include chapters 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 11.
What do I get when I purchase SUFP EXT?
When you purchase SUFP EXT, have access to all of the content included in the free version of SUFP, plus you will have:

  • 3 extra hours of extended courses (you will unlock chapters 3, 6, 7, and 10)
  • Extra class content (for chapters 3, 6, 7, and 10)
  • Advanced access to our new classes and training when we release them (SUFP ADV, LOFP), at a discounted price
  • Access to our Office Hours Live Support
How long do I have access to SUFP?
You have unlimited access to all of the free resources when you create an account.
How long do I have access to SUFP EXT?
You will have a one-month access to our SUFP EXT training content and resources.
Do I have to purchase SUFP EXT again after my membership expires?
You will be notified via email when your membership is close to expiring and you will have the option to renew your membership for $15. The renewal will provide you with all the features included in SUFP EXT for an additional month from the date your purchase. You can continue to renew your membership as often as you need to complete the course. If you do not choose to renew your account, you will no longer have access to any of the SUFP EXT content.
Where do I find the link to renew my SUFP EXT membership?
You will receive two emails notifying you with the option to purchase the membership renewal. The first email will be sent two weeks before your membership expires, and the second email will be sent 3 days before your membership expires. Be sure to check the spam and filter settings in your email service to ensure that the messages did not get moved into another folder. If you did not receive either email, notify us and we will work to resolve the issue. The direct link for the SUFP EXT renewal is here.
Why did the SUFP EXT renewal link not work?
There are typically two reasons why this happened:

  1. Your membership has expired and the link will no longer recognize your membership as being active
  2. You are not logged in to your SUFP account before you clicked the link

NOTE: In order to renew your membership for additional time, you must have an active SUFP EXT membership. It will not work if your account has already expired. If you did not renew your account before it expired send us an email and we’ll get you activated again.

What do I do after I complete SUFP EXT?
Once you are complete with our online training, you will most likely no longer need access to your SUFP EXT account. You can certainly keep all the resources we give you, but the best way to keep learning is to apply your skills. Very soon, we will have a complete archive for you of all the tutorials we’ve created to allow you to continue learning on select topics in ConDoc, SketchUp, LayOut, and Lumion. If you have already purchased or completed SUFP EXT, you will be among the first to be notified when we release new training courses and we’ll give you a discount so you won’t have to pay full price.
